Fernküche Frischmenü GmbH is founded in Wernberg-Köblitz, initially cooking fresh every day for customers in the Upper Palatinate region.

2000

Merger of Fernküche Frischmenü GmbH and Stubenrauch GmbH. Deliveries extended across the whole of southern Germany.

2004

Development begins on Cook'n'Chill menu systems
for schools and nurseries.

2005

Production and marketing of Cook'n'Chill quality meal trays in food retail with licence partner Weight Watchers.

2007

Production capacity expanded at the Wernberg site, together with investment in high-quality technology meeting the strict quality and hygiene requirements of the IFS standard.

2010

The Lich site is converted into a modern meat processing plant and taken over by our sister company G.A. Müller.

2012

Trend MEAL Food Service GmbH & Co. KG is founded as a catering specialist for freshly produced convenience products, focusing on the specific needs of out-of-home catering

2015

Following successful implementation in institutional catering, tailored product and system solutions are introduced for chain restaurants and the hotel sector.

2017

Production and marketing of jars of organic products for organic food retail under the mydeli brand.

2022

Capacity of the jar line at the Wernberg site increased through investment in state-of-the-art production and safety technology.

2025

Launch at the Lich site with our first home delivery service customer.

2026

Launch of the mydeli webshop - the first producer in Germany with its own factory-to-customer e-commerce, direct from the manufacturer to the end consumer.
